Dean started playing dartball last century in the late 1950"s or early 60"s. Dean shot over .400 41 yrs. over .500 18 yrs. and over .600 2 yrs. with a high of .607 in 1984. Dean led the interdenominational league in hits 4 times and was in the top 5 10 times with a high of 191 in 1978. He led the league in triples 4 times with a high of 134 in 1965. He led the league in singles 6 times and finished in the top 5 18 yrs with a high of 145 in 1980 & 1987 respectively. Over a 36 yr.span Dean shot .400 or better every yr. from 1969-2003. Dean also served as secretary of the interdenominational.
